Tru by Hilton Hershey Chocolate Avenue

This is one of 2 hotels in the town of Hershey. It is an alternate option for anyone looking for anyone looking for a slightly lower price point. The nightly rate for this hotel is $309 per night plus any applicable taxes and/or fees. This rate will be offered through April 26, 2023. *This hotel has a 2 night minimum stay.

Holiday Inn Harrisburg (Hershey Area)

This hotel is an option that offers the lowest price point for our guests. This is also the only property able to provide a 1 night stay, for anyone wishing to only stay Saturday night. This hotel is about 6 miles from the venue. You will need to enter the group code: AGW for the group rate. The nightly rate for this hotel is $189 per night plus any applicable taxes and/or fees. This rate will be offered through April 27, 2023.

Hersheypark Camping Resort

This is the campground resort in Hershey. It is another option for those who are interested in a cabin, or who own a camper/tent. There is not a block here as they are not offered. You may make reservations here by simply going on their website. Tip: Cabins (especially deluxe with indoor plumbing) book up extremely fast, so book sooner rather than later.

Shuttle To The Hotel Hershey

The shuttle will be a 14 person Sprinter van. It will operate from each hotel with a block (excluding the campground) to the Hotel Hershey for 3 hours prior to the wedding ceremony. Please allow yourself time to wait for the shuttle as it will have to several make trips from multiple locations. We encourage our guests to make their way to the Hotel Hershey early to keep wait times as short as possible.

The shuttle will be a 40 person coach bus. It will stop at each hotel that there is a block in (excluding the campground). The shuttle will be available one hour before the conclusion of the reception and will run for 4 hours. Please keep the transportation clean and act respectfully while on board. Thank you!
