Where can I stay and how can I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

All hotels with room blocks are listed on the travel page of this website as well as information regarding shuttles to and from the wedding venue.

Can I bring a date, or my children?

Answer

Only the guests listed on your specific invitation will be welcome. While we'd love to celebrate with every person near and dear to us, we can only accommodate a certain capacity and must stay within our limits set by the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the Hotel Hershey during the time that the wedding is taking place. Please note, guests who are not staying over night at the Hotel Hershey may NOT leave vehicles in the parking lot over night. If you are not planning on driving your car home or back to your hotel at the end of the evening, please utilize our complementary shuttle services to and from the venue.
