If you want to splurge a little, we have a room block at the Dream Inn for $499 a night (2-night minimum). You can call them at (844) 291-9681 to reserve a room with the McCord Herring wedding block for Friday and Saturday.

The father of the groom checked out all the budget hotels within walking distance of the venue, and this was his favorite.

The Dream Inn has a paid lot across the street from the hotel. They told us that they waived parking fees for guests arriving to the wedding.

Getting there

If you're flying in, Santa Cruz is about 40 minutes from SJC and an hour from SFO. Let us know if you'd like a ride from the airport- depending on what our guests need, we may hire a shuttle or have some thoughtful friends and family pick you up.
