Is there a dress code?

We'd love it if you wear something that makes you feel fancy, whether that's a floor-length gown or a button-down shirt. We're not aiming for a particular aesthetic - we just want people to feel good! We recommend comfortable shoes for the beach.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In April, Santa Cruz is usually around 70 degrees. It stays comfortable during the day and gets chilly at night. Sometimes you'll get fog, but typically Santa Cruz is warmer and sunnier than San Francisco.

Are children allowed?

Yes! If you want to bring your child and we missed them on your invite, let us know.

Is there anything else I should know about Santa Cruz?

Answer

The ocean is beautiful but the water is very, very cold! It usually hovers around 50 degrees. Most people (except Kim's sisters) prefer a wetsuit for swimming.
