The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Moss Estates located at 27700 CR-44A, Eustis FL 32736. While the venue is generally flat, parking is located in a grassy field, with very limited concrete parking available. If you are in need of accessible parking, please contact the brides at kimandalanawedding@gmail.com.
Please email kimandalanawedding@gmail.com to discuss your dietary restrictions/needs. We want to make sure there are options for all of our guests to eat and enjoy on our day!
We kindly ask that our guests do not bring a "plus one", children, or additional guests unless specifically stated on your invitation. If children are invited, your invitation will indicate "The (Last Name) Family". We appreciate your understanding!
We have secured a hotel block at the Westin Lake Mary for our guests at a discounted rate. To book, please visit the "Travel" page and select "View" under the hotel section. If you go to book and there are no rooms available, please let the Brides know - we are able to request an increase in rooms to our block as long as the hotel has availability! If you are looking to vacation in the Orlando area and drive to the venue instead (approximately 45 minutes-1 hour from most major Orlando vacation destinations), there are many accommodations available to you. Please feel free to reach out to the Brides for recommendations.
Semi-Formal: suits and cocktail dresses. Please refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, etc. If you would like suggestions or have questions about appropriate attire, please contact the Brides.
We ask that all guests are totally present and enjoy our ceremony unplugged, with all phones being on silent mode. We have hired a wonderful photographer that will capture all important moments during this time. However, we encourage you to take photos before and after the ceremony and throughout the reception! Please consider sharing your photos with us in real time by uploading them to our Google Drive photo album, and by using our designated social media tag (#TheBrightBrooksBrides), both of which will be provided at the wedding.
The weather in Central Florida during January typically ranges between 60-70 degrees, and is unlikely to rain. However, the weather in Central Florida can be highly unpredictable. We recommend bringing light outerwear in the event the weather is chilly as portions of the event will be located outside.
