Traveling: Contact your credit card and cell phone company providers to let them know you will be traveling out of the country. Everyone who enters Mexico will need to fill out a tourist card. It is recommended to print it out, fill it out before you leave home. This will assist with time once you reach the Cancun Airport and go through customs. Tourist cards can be printed no sooner than 30 days in advance. Hold onto this card and keep it in a safe place (with your passport and money), as you will need to hand it back in when you depart the country. Make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months of your travel return date! Also, if you have been married recently, please make sure your passport and plane ticket names match. Put all of your flight info, transportation contacts in your carry on.
