YES! A shuttle bus will be available for guests staying in our hotel block. It will provide transportation from the hotel to Coindre Hall for the cocktail hour and back to the hotel at the end of the night. It will also take those who would like to go to Huntington Village for our after party at Repeal XVIII.
YES! There is parking at Coindre Hall. If you choose to drive yourself, there will be valet parking. Please arrive on time! You will not be able to park or enter Coindre Hall property during the ceremony and will need to wait until the start of the reception.
Please arrive no later than 4:15 pm, as we will start the ceremony promptly at 4:30 pm.
-Black-Tie Optional: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses (length- floor, knee, or high-low); tuxes or suits with neckties or bowties. -Colors: We also ask that you please refrain from wearing our chosen wedding colors. -Heels: Weather permitting, we will be getting married outside on the grass in front of Coindre Hall. The ground is firm, and accommodations will be available for those wearing stilettos. However, we do recommend a block heel.
YES! We ask that you please enjoy the moment with us. All phones and other technology should be muted and put away. We have wonderful photographers and a videographer for the ceremony to capture our special moment that we will be happy to share with all of you afterwards.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any dietary restrictions. Coindre Hall is able to accommodate just about all dietary restrictions. Please also let your server know the day of to remind them of your restrictions.
YES! The bar will be open all night while at Coindre Hall. There is a no-shot policy, but you can order drinks neat. ;)
