Mark Ross
Event Host & Walker's Partner in Crime since the 7th Grade
Walker and Mark have been friends (and football teammates) since the 7th grade! After high school, Mark headed to Statesboro, GA to attend Georgia Southern and Walker headed to the Naval Academy. On breaks from the Naval Academy, Walker frequently visited Mark at Georgia Southern. After graduation, the Navy took Walker to California, but he never lost touch with Mark. When Walker later moved to Tampa, the same held true and the friendship remained strong, regardless of the distance. When Walker's job with Silk Road Medical required he relocate to Atlanta, Mark was the first to roll out the red carpet and welcome Walker "Home."

Event Hostess & Best Friend gained through a break-up
Over fifteen years ago, Kelly began dating one of Angela's work colleagues. Shortly into his new relationship, Angela's colleague brought Kelly as his date to a Super Bowl Party at Angela's home. Needless to say, Kelly and Angela hit it off immediately and over the next two years, the new friends spent a lot of time getting to know each other, hanging out frequently and even vacationed in Croatia together. When things didn't work out in Kelly's relationship with Angela's colleague everyone found themselves at a crossroads. Ultimately, Angela told her colleague "Just because you and Kelly have broken up, that doesn't mean that I have to break up with Kelly"! Needless to say, that guy is long gone and a lasting friendship has thrived and grown to official bestie status.
