Is there a dress code?

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids! But we'd like our wedding to be an adults' night out.

Should I bring dancing shoes?

Answer

If you'd like! But we will have some flip flops available for the ladies' dancing feet!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Entrees will be selected at the event, so please let your server know how they can get you a meal you can enjoy!

Can I take pictures during the cermony?

Answer

We kindly request that you keep your phones and cameras away during our ceremony. However, we welcome any and all videos and photos during the cocktail hour and reception! We have hired a wonderful photography team and will be happy to share our photos of the ceremony after the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Rockaway, there will be a shuttle provided to and from Perona Farms.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on-site. There are multiple venues within our venue, so be sure to pull up to "The Reserve" or ask for our wedding! If staying at the hotel, feel free to take the shuttle.

Will any part of the event be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony space is indoor/outdoor with a retractable roof. If the weather is nice, we hope to have an open-air ceremony! There is also an outdoor area during the cocktail hour and reception for some fresh air throughout the evening, weather-permitting.

Will COVID-19 affect our plans?

Answer

We will know better when the date gets closer as we will be following state and local regulations/guidelines. In the meantime, we recommend that all our friends and family get vaccinated and boosted. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, whether or not they are required indoors at the time, please feel free to do so. The bride and groom have seen and cared for innumerable cases of COVID-19 first hand, and want everyone to be safe and comfortable. Check back here for any pandemic-related updates.

Can we share our pictures from the wedding with you?

Answer

We will be using an app called "The Guest" which will be active the day of the wedding to share your photos in real time. During the event, check in.veri.com/to/kimshaun2022
