Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do. However, unless the kids are in the wedding party then take the night off to enjoy yourself! Ask Kim or Ryland for babysitter recommendations if needed.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail Attire/Semi-Formal: We recommend a cocktail dress for the ladies and a suit and tie or a sport coat for the gents. *The ceremony will be on grass so plan accordingly for shoes!

Is there transportation from Aspen to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have two school buses leave downtown Aspen at 3:30pm to drive guests to the wedding venue in Carbondale. Meet at Paepcke Park on the S Garmisch Street side for the buses and try to be prompt! At the end of the night both buses will leave Aspen Glen Club in Carbondale at 10:15pm to come back to Aspen. If you would like to leave earlier than 10:15pm then you will be on own for transportation. Guests staying in Snowmass, Basalt, Carbondale or Glenwood Springs will be on own for transportation. *Carpooling encouraged! **If you are planning on taking one of these buses then please let us know.

What time should I arrive at Aspen Glen Club for the ceremony?

Arrive around 4:15pm because the ceremony will start at 4:30pm!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Just let Kim & Ryland know a couple of weeks in advance so they can coordinate with the wedding venue.

Is there anything planned after the wedding ends?

Answer

Yes, anyone who wishes to come back to Aspen after the wedding will be meeting at TBD to keep dancing the night away!
