Code to enter the booking website is 1010. You will be able to reserve your room with a $150 deposit with final payment due by July 16th. Please note, the room block is available through May 14th. Guests are highly encouraged to reserve their room by this date, but we understand this may not be possible for some. After May 14th, room availability and price cannot be guaranteed. You must email Martin and request a room to be booked manually. It is requested that all reservations be made through the room block or Martin to ensure all guest travel information is correct and airport transportation can be arranged. The resort requires final guest count by July 1st. If you are unable to book your room before May 14th, please make sure to do so by July 1st the latest.

Flight

Cancun AirportCancun Airport

For guests arriving to the Cancun airport on Thursday 10/8 or Friday 10/9 and departing on Monday 10/12 we will be taking care of all transportation from the airport to the resort. Dreams Sapphire is about 20 minutes from the Cancun airport. To ensure everyone's transportation is accounted for, please make sure your flight information is communicated to Martin and the travel team. You will be able to add the information to your room reservation once you have booked your flights. If you are traveling outside of these dates, you will have the option to book your airport transportation directly with Martin. Please be sure all transportation is booked ahead of time.

If your group exceeds the room capacity of three adults, two adults and two children or three adults and one child, please reach out to Martin for assistance with booking connecting rooms to ensure your group remains together. If you’d like to book a specific room category that is not included in our room block, he can do that too!
