Schedule
While we are still flushing things out due to COVID-19 planning delays, here's a tentative look at the day. We hope it will be full of love, laughter, and memories to last a lifetime. We're so grateful to celebrate this special day with our amazing family and friends. We'll also be hosting a welcome dinner on Saturday at the hotel.
Wedding day:
Note for footwear: Each part of the wedding is in a different location in the castle/grounds so there will be some walking.
1:45 pm: Shuttle leaves the hotel.
3:00 pm: Ceremony. Come earlier to hear the whimsical call of a bagpiper. A real one. The Culzean's famous ghost bagpiper comes later in the night. We hope.
3:30 - 5:00 pm: Mead and fizzy hour (Scottish version of a cocktail hour) with tours of the castle
5:00 - 7:00 pm: While the Scots call it a Wedding breakfast, we call it dinner
7:00 pm: Reception. Munchies & coffee will be available, plus an open bar
10:00 pm: Early shuttle back
12:00 am: Last call
12:30 am: Late shuttle back
