Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual. This is only a recommendation as we would just love for you to be here celebrating with us. After all, your presence is all that matters. Alexis and Kim will certainly be changing into a set at some point during the day. Although San Diego is known for its nice weather, please be prepared for possible rain or shine and check the weather reports accordingly.
Mass will start PROMPTLY at 2 o'clock and we will start with or without even the bride or the groom ;) With that said, please arrive 15-20 minutes before to find parking and get yourself settled. We have noticed that San Diego traffic has picked up within the last couple years.
Although our venue does have a large amount of parking for a fee, our celebration is on a Saturday evening, when others are also out (during New Year's Eve weekend, for that matter). So we would recommend Uber or Lyft. In this way, you could also enjoy a couple drinks with us. Please note that if you choose to park onsite, it can be validated. Once you arrive please pull a ticket to enter the garage. Bring that ticket with you and find our wonderful wedding coordinating, Melanie, and her assistant who will be passing out the validations. *Please note you can take the elevator up to the second floor and will finds signs to lead you to The Lane*
We do not have a hotel blocked out. However, the church ceremony will be in Poway and the reception will be in Downtown San Diego. The drive time between these two sites is around 30-45 minutes. So we recommend finding a place you are comfortable with and can afford. VRBO, Airbnb, or any travel site are good options to research. We recommend booking early as this is a holiday weekend.
