Where will the ceremony & reception take place?

Both our ceremony & reception will be located at Fiorelli Winery & Vineyard, 4250 Waterbury Road, Co Rd 675, Bradenton, FL 34211

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:45pm so we can start the ceremony promptly at 5pm.

Question

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

We will be having an outdoor ceremony with the reception taking place in a concrete floor pavilion, just a short walk from the ceremony site. Inclement weather plans include moving the ceremony to under the pavilion and adding heaters or a tent, if needed.

What type of attire should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our guests dress up with us! Cocktail hour attire is suggested. We will be on grass & gravel, so stilettos may be difficult to walk in. Please note, our wedding colors are rust and forest green.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to venue size restrictions, we have opted to host an adult-only event so that we can celebrate with as many of our close family & friends as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, only guests listed by name on your invitation can be accommodated at our wedding. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! As our venue is a local winery & vineyard, we will be hosting an open bar of select house-made wines and local craft beer, as well as two signature cocktails chosen by the bride & groom.

Is there parking available on site?

Answer

Yes! The venue's parking lot holds approximately 80 vehicles. Signage will be provided in the parking lot to direct you to the ceremony site, just a short walk away.

I have dietary restrictions. How will those be accommodated?

Answer

Our cocktail hour and dinner buffet are already 100% pork-free. If you require a vegetarian meal, please note this when you RSVP and a separate plated dinner will be prepared for you by our caterer. When you enter the buffet line, simply inform a server of your name and that you are receiving the vegetarian option.

I am traveling from out of town. Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved two room block options for our guests: EVEN Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch & Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg Tierra Verde Please visit the "accommodations" tab for more information or to book. If neither hotel suits your needs, we also recommend The Hollander in downtown St. Petersburg. There are also lots of adorable Airbnb and VRBO rentals throughout Tampa Bay to accommodate you, whether you prefer to stay near the venue, at the beach, or downtown!
