Shuttle

Complimentary Wedding Day Shuttle

September 27, 2025 3:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Shuttle pick-up begins on wedding day at 3:30 PM from the following locations: Mountain Thunder Lodge, River Mountain Lodge, Gravity Haus, and Village at Breckenridge. Additional pick-ups will be available at the F Lot (free after 5 PM) and South Gondola Lot (free all day) at the designated bus stops. If you’re not staying at one of these hotels but are nearby, please walk to the closest pick-up location. The shuttles will be Epic Mountain Express vans labeled with our names and will run continuous loops until everyone has been picked up. Important: The shuttle is the only way to reach the venue. There is no public parking on the mountain, and ride-share services like Uber/Lyft are extremely limited in Breckenridge. Return shuttles will depart as follows: -Early departure: 8:30 PM -Final departures: Between 10:00–10:30 PM
