Curently, the state of Wyoming is allowing events up to 250 people with social distancing restrictions, and events of 50 people without social distancing restrictions. We care about your health and the health of people you interact with after our wedding. All of our events will be properly sterilized, have hand sanitizer readily available, and abide by all current state restrictions. As there is a wide spectrum of preferred social distancing behavior, we will be providing yellow ribbons for guests to wear that indicate a zero-risk tolerance. They are a fun, respectful way for people to indicate 6ft means 8ft! We will also offer yellow-ribbon-only seating if you do not want to dine with others. Your online RSVP will ask if you'd like to wear a ribbon to be extra careful. If it is your preference to wear a mask, we encourage you to do so.
Great question. We love all of your little ones and hope they will enjoy Saratoga. However, we would like our ceremony and reception to be a place for adults only. To make this easy on guests with children, we have a room on site and have hired local trained babysitters. They can take care of newborns, toddlers, and children under the age of 10. Please reach out to Kiki to learn more.
See advice on attire under each event on the Schedule page. Dress code for the wedding is semiformal, and we encourage guests to have fun dressing in their best! Men, think coat and tie. Women, think evening gown or nice cocktail dress and have fun with it. Remember that you will be in Wyoming and it may get cooler at night. On average the temperature is about 82 during the day and 60 at night. Oh, and bring shoes you can walk on grass and, most importantly, dance in!
You bet! We will have shuttles running loops from the Wolf Hotel, Saratoga Inn, Old Baldy Club, and glamping site to the ceremony/reception location. Check out the Shuttles listing on the Schedule page for details.
Certainly. We ask drivers to park their car along Arapahoe Drive and follow the signs to walk down to the ceremony or get a ride in the golf cart shuttles that can take you down below to the ceremony site.
We'd love guests to be there at 4:30pm to enjoy the creek and a cold beverage.
