Ceremony

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. Please plan accordingly and dress for the weather. There are some pathways that are just grass, be mindful of your footwear.
There will be a designated smoking place. The pathway to the ceremony will be marked with signage. Please be on the lookout. If there are any guests with limited mobility, the host is willing to drive guests to the ceremony space using a golf cart. Please let us know in advance if this is something you will want or need. Please park in the marked locations of the ceremony's parking lot. Please vacate the ceremony space by 4:00PM, thank you.
Reception

In between the ceremony and reception, please feel free to check into hotels or freshen up before arriving at the reception space! Cocktail hour will start at 3:00PM and end at 4:45PM The Reception will start with wedding party entrance at 5:00PM Dinner will be served at 5:30PM and will be buffet style and dancing will follow! Alcohol and refreshment will be served, please drink responsibly. The Golf and Country Club has asked if guest could please stay in the reception space and not wander around the club as there will be golf guests during the reception hours. We will have access to an outdoor balcony space. Drinks will stop being served at 9:30PM and the venue will close at 10:30PM. Please vacate the reception space before then. There will be a bride and groom send off at 10:15PM.
