YES! This is VERY important to us. Please make sure all cell phones are turned OFF. All cell phones and cameras should be stowed away in pockets or purses during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer & a videographer to capture these special moments for us and we will share them with you too. Feel free to whip out those phones during cocktail hour and the reception, and share the photos you capture there with us.
Please check with your individual provider! Some providers do have access in Mexico that comes standard with your service (T-Mobile), and others will let you buy access for a certain period of time.
Yes! We know it will be hot, and we want our guests to be comfortable. Feel free to wear semi-formal, dress casual attire, casual attire, or 'tropical' attire (linen, khaki). Please no jeans, shorts, or tanks.
All-inclusive means that you do not have to pay for food and drinks while on site. There are some exceptions, a few culinary experiences that may require additional funds. Bear in mind, it is not required, but encouraged to tip (in American dollars) your bar tenders and wait staff. They appreciate it so much and will definitely help keep those drinks coming! ;)

The short answer is no. MOST of the restaurants are 1st come, 1st served, however you can make reservations if you'd like, directly with concierge. There are only 3 restaurants (1 on each resort) that require reservations. Please note, you DO have access to ALL THREE resorts. The two resorts where we booked rooms: El Dorado Royale and Generations, are split by El Dorado Casitas. You can access all 3 via the beach.
The resort is a quick 25 minute drive from Cancun International Airport. A shuttle is provided by the hotel, no need to rent a car! You should have received an email requesting your flight information. After providing that, you should have received another email with your travel docs, and then another one with your shuttle information. PLEASE READ THE SHUTTLE EMAIL CAREFULLY!! The shuttle drivers will be OUTSIDE of the airport, wearing turquoise shirts. You must present your shuttle transfer voucher at that time. Can be printed, or on your mobile device. If you are sharing a room with someone that you might not be flying with, the person who booked the room would have received the email requesting flight info, and then subsequently, they would have also received the email with the transfer vouchers. Please share these docs with your roommate!
Yes! If you do not have a passport, or your passport is expired, please do not wait to obtain one or renew. Average time frame to obtain/renew is 3 months.
The room rate covers your hotel stay, all food/drink on the resort, and shuttle to/from airport.
Deposit required at time of booking. 50% of your room rate/person is due by 04/10/2023, the rest is due by 06/25/2023 - IF you buy the insurance. Which we are highly encouraging. If you do not buy the insurance, payment in full is due by 04/10/2023.
If you cancel outside 65 days prior to travel, you will get a refund to your credit card less the insurance amount. If you cancel within 65 days of travel, you will get a future travel credit good for one year for the original booked guests to any resort the wholesaler services, less the insurance amount.
