Question

Do I need to change our room reservation for the new date?

Answer

If you have made a room reservation with The Westin, Springhill Suites, or Residence Inn for our previous date; they will transfer the reservation to the new date. Please call the hotel directly to confirm your dates of stay. Cancellation needs to be done 48 hours prior to stay. If you made a reservation at the Hampton Inn, you will need to call and cancel your previous reservation and make a new reservation for the new date.

Question

How do I get to the hotels from Pittsburgh International Airport?

Answer

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to take you straight to the hotel.

Question

How early can I book my hotel room?

You can book your hotel room up to a year in advance! We recommend booking as soon as possible, as our room block at The Westin may fill up quickly. If The Westin fills up, we have 3 other hotels, that are nearby!
