Madrid Barajas is the closest airport. A taxi from the airport to the city centre costs around €30 and Uber is slightly cheaper. If you are taking Uber from the airport, follow the signs for VTC (Vehículos de Transporte con Conductor) to find the pick-up point.
Public transport is the cheapest and most environmentally-friendly option. Consult Google Maps to find the best public transport option from the airport to your accommodation.
Accomodation: there are lots of hotels, hostels, and AirBnBs in the centre of Madrid to suit all budgets. We recommend using Booking.com or Airbnb to find a place to stay - feel free to reach out to us if you need advice or recommendations. We recommend booking accommodation at least three months in advance to avoid overpaying.
The wedding celebration venue will take place at 6pm in Restaurante Amicis (Plaza del Conde de Miranda, 4, Centro, 28005 Madrid) which is located in the city centre beside Mercado San Miguel and 3 mins walk from Plaza Mayor.
