Yes, shuttles will be available for guest transportation. As parking at the venue is limited, we highly recommend taking advantage of the shuttle for a seamless arrival. Additional details will be shared here as the wedding approaches.
For the Welcome Party, we invite you to dress in polished, celebratory, and comfortable attire. Think sundresses, jumpsuits, dress pants, collared shirts, sport coats, and other elevated outfits you'd wear to a special occasion. While a suit and tie are not required, we encourage guests to choose attire that feels a step above everyday casual wear. For the Wedding, this is a wonderful excuse to get dressed up! We invite guests to wear cocktail attire and celebrate in style. For women, think cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates. For men, suits or dress pants paired with a sport coat are encouraged. While black tie is not necessary, we hope you'll join us in making the evening feel a little extra special. For those who'd like a little inspiration, we've gathered some ideas that reflect the style and feel of the celebration here: https://pin.it/6b3x0w9QI.
This will be an adults-only event. Thank you for making arrangements in advance. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Altitude Adjustment As you arrive in Colorado, remember that the higher elevations can take some getting used to. To minimize the risk of altitude sickness, make sure to drink plenty of water upon your arrival. This will help your body acclimate more smoothly, especially if you plan on enjoying outdoor activities during your stay. Sun Protection Colorado boasts some of the most beautiful outdoor scenery, but it also has a strong sun at higher elevations. Protect your skin from the sun's intensity by wearing sunscreen at all times. Don't forget to reapply throughout the day, especially if you're spending time outdoors. Stay Hydrated The dry climate in Colorado can lead to dehydration. Make an effort to drink water regularly, especially if you're venturing out for activities. Staying hydrated will help you feel your best during your visit. Layering Your Clothing Colorado’s weather can shift quickly, especially in the mountains. We recommend packing layers to stay comfortable throughout the day. Warm, sunny afternoons can give way to crisp, cool evenings, so a light jacket or sweater is essential. Prepare for Changing Weather Weather in September is typically mild and sunny, but conditions can change quickly. While afternoon showers are less frequent than in summer, it’s still a good idea to have a light rain layer on hand just in case Enjoy the Outdoors Colorado offers a wealth of outdoor adventures, from hiking trails to scenic drives. If you plan to explore the great outdoors, pack comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and sunglasses to enhance your experience.
