Butlered hors d'oeuvres will be served, along with drinks, during cocktail hour. The reception will begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by pumpkin soup as the appetizer. To accommodate our gluten-sensitive guests, we've asked the chefs to use wheat alternatives to thicken the soups and sauces. Each guest must select either steak and chicken or the vegan cassoulet, which is a stew made with white beans, mushrooms, vegan sausage, mirepoix, and roasted vegetable broth. For dessert, we’ll be serving our tiramisu wedding cake and butlered mini churros. Please note that both desserts will contain gluten.
