What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4 PM for the champagne welcome with the ceremony shortly to follow.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

You will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the wedding venue. Uber/Lyft may not be available, depending on your lodging location. The wedding venue does not have cell service. PLEASE download the map of your route from your lodging location to the venue so you can access an offline map when you return to your lodgings at the end of the evening.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will end at 11 PM. There will not be an after-party since unfortunately no establishments will be open after that time.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Average temperatures are from 68-42°F. There is a possibility of snow during this time of year, but on average, there are only 4 days of snow during May.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors under the warm Colorado sun. Cocktail hour will also be outdoors with yard games. The reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. The venue requires any vehicles left overnight to be removed by noon the following day.

All people invited will be identified when RSVPing on the website including children, if applicable.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

When you RSVP, you will be able to provide your dietary restrictions/allergies.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

No, we have not blocked off hotel rooms since the venue is ~30 minutes from the nearest hotel. We would recommend looking for an Airbnb or VRBO in the area, but feel free to book what you are comfortable with.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

As most people do now days, we will be having an unplugged Wedding ceremony. We are paying for Wedding photographers & videographers so that you will be able to remain present with us as we profess our love to one another. You will be allowed to take pictures and video for the remainder of the evening, but remember there won't be any service at the venue itself. Feel free to post later using the hastag #vonZucchWedding

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We will not be live streaming the ceremony. However, we will receive a full ceremony video that we can watch with you the next time we see you! We would love to relive our day with you!
