In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m on November 12, 2022. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to grab a drink and start mingling. 🙂
We have 25 rooms blocked out for our guest under Kiel Ptacek/Rachel Gonzalez. There are 10 king rooms and 15 double rooms. They hold the rooms up to 1 month before the wedding so book when you can before October 12, 2022. The link is listed below. There are other hotels near the airport in Newburgh where you can book as well as in Fishkill, NY. Just note that Fishkill is on the other side of the river across the bridge so allow yourself extra time to get to the venue as there is construction on the bridge.
