Kiawah Island is located right off the coast of Charleston, SC. We recommend flying into Charleston International Airport and either renting a car or taking an Uber to the Island. It takes about 1 hour to get to Kiawah Island from Charleston International Airport. Kiawah is a private island, but Ubers can bring you to guest check in and the island can provide transportation to your hotel or bungalow from there.
