We started off as classmates at UofL in the Chemical Engineering program. We honestly didn't really become close friends until we were in a small group of students that went on to the Master's program. Luke already had a job offer from SABIC, when I accepted an offer into the same program! I would text him all my questions about working there, then I moved to Columbus, IN while he moved to Burkville, AL. After a year, we both found ourselves in Evansville, IN for our second year of SEeD at SABIC. A few months later, we went on our first (somewhat) date. Neither of us really knew if it was an actual date or not, and I spilled salsa all over myself. I guess that caught his attention and we've been together ever since! We now share a house, two cats (Fang and Fog), and our dog Peach, which all keep life interesting and full of love.
