FAQs

Question

Is there parking at the cathedral?

Answer

There is a small lot connected to the cathedral on San Vicente Blvd and street parking in the area. Keep in mind the cathedral is located on a major street, so you may end up parking and walking a few blocks.

Question

Is there downtime between the church ceremony and the reception?

Answer

No. Our goal was to avoid making you wait on us, so the reception is right after the ceremony. We anticipate the church ceremony ending around 4:45, and it takes about 30-35 minutes to get to the reception hall. Cocktail hour at the reception hall begins at 5:30. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served from 5:30-6:30.

Question

Is there parking at the reception hall?

Answer

There is valet parking at the reception hall - it costs $12, so we recommend you bring cash with you. There is also a parking structure a couple blocks away that costs $10.

Question

When will dinner be served?

Answer

There will be plenty of appetizers before dinner, but dinner will likely be served around 7:30. We will have a traditional Lebanese entrance (called “zaffe”) around 6:30, and this usually lasts about 30-45 minutes. Entrees will be served shortly thereafter.

Question

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

If you plan on staying close to the reception hall in the Glendale area, we suggest flying into Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (BUR). It’s a much easier airport to get in and out of than LAX.

Question

Are children invited to any of the wedding festivities?

Answer

While we love your children, we have decided it’s best to celebrate with adults only.
