Welcome Party and Thursday Night Art Walk

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Join us for welcome drinks at our hotel! All guests are welcome. The outdoor restaurant & bar will have food and drink available for purchase. We will be there for happy hour 5pm-7pm. Thursday Night from 5pm to 9pm is also the San Jose Art Walk-located walking distance from our hotel and welcome event. Downtown should be lively with lots to see and do! Wedding Ceremony

4:45 pm - 10:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, and jackets and slacks. We won't be upset if you wear a tux but maybe a little upset if you wear jeans or shorts. It will be warm so lighter colors help... Oh but wearing white might cause some confusion.

We've scheduled transportation for guests to be picked up at 4:00 pm for the drive to the venue. City Centre pickup location will be at Drift Hotel. Beach pickup location is Avis Mega Comercial (rental car lot). If you are driving or coordinating your own rides, please be on time! The evening will be outdoors and the ceremony be held on grass so plan shoe selections accordingly. Don't worry though, reception, dinner and dancing have solid ground. Dinner is family style so our guests have the opportunity to try all the amazing food. For any folks with allergies, etc., food will be labeled, but please do us a favor and ask wait staff to be 100% certain. Transportation back to the city center will leave at the end of the night, 11pm. Guests can also coordinate their own transportation back, Acre resort staff can help if needed. Be aware that another wedding may be taking place on the property in a different area and that can impact individually coordinated transportation.
