Matron of Honor
Ebony is my older sister, best friend, mentor, and just all-around amazing! I like to call her my twin. For as long as I can remember I would follow her around as a kid and wanted to be just like her.....still do. She is currently in school to get her Masters's in Social Worker, teaches dance classes, is a personal trainer, and mom of two. Yes, she does it all!
Maid of Honor
When I first saw Jill randomly dancing during a school rehearsal in the hallway of 5th grade, I knew we were going to be best friends! To the days of playing basketball together, driving me to school, cheering me on while I ran track; I am lucky to have you by my side. Jill just recently graduated from nursing school and is working in Temple, Texas at Baylor Hospital. To think there is a possibility we can work together as nurses...they aren't ready for us!
Bridesmaid
Jessica and I have been close ever since high school. I remember her family just calling me their fourth daughter because I was constantly at her house. I'm pretty sure you would find me eating something in the pantry. She is outgoing, funny, and has such a big heart for others.
Bridesmaid
Shanice is my oldest sister and go-to for long late-night conversations. I am so lucky that over the past few years we have gotten closer together. She loves to travel and always up for a good time!
Bridesmaid
Gaby is not only my future sister-in-law but one of my closest friends since I have moved to Washington. From the moment we met, she welcomed me into the family with open arms. Her outgoing and hilarious personality drew me in right away. It is nice to have another nurse in the family to share stories with. I know she is excited to have a sister in the family.
Bridesmaid
Mackenna and I bet at work while in the emergency department. She was determined to break me out of my shell and open up. She has an amazing personality, funny, outgoing, caring personality, and will always keep it real. Better watch out on the dance floor because she got the moves!
Bridesmaid
Steph has been my bestie since college and our friendship has just grown over the years. She is one of the most dependable people I know. From the memories of running track and cross country together to late-night conversations, she is always there.
Bridesmaid
Woah, where to start. We have been friends ever since I moved to Nevada. I member my brother playing with you and I was skeptical but instantly fell in love. You have always been there for me..literally living two houses down ha. From the days of playing hide and seek outside, running track together and making videos on bus after soccer games. I love you.
Best Man
Trevor has been my best friend since our sophomore year. We hung out constantly and went on so many adventures throughout high school. There is never a dull moment with this guy, and we are laughing 24/7 when we are together. He currently lives in Iowa, going to school to become a doctor (nerd).
Groomsman
Where do I start with this guy? I met Jered at Minot State University, and we wrestled for the beavers together for 3 years. Jered has always been a buddy I can rely on for any crazy, spontaneous adventure, and somebody who will always have my back. What a guy!
Groomsman
John and I met 10 or so years ago when I sold him my wrestling mats through a mutual friend. During the sale, we got along great and he offered me to come over and train with him. I accepted his offer and would go over to whenever I was home from college. Our friendship grew and now Khadijah and I live in our tiny house on his 5 acre lot in Duvall. Now we are able to hang out all the time. John is a great guy!
Groomsman
I met Malik, Khadijah's brother, a few years ago when we went to visit her family in Fernley, NV. He was quiet at first but started opening up a lot after talking a while. Malik is studying to be a physical therapist, and is currently a personal trainer. He is a walking advertisement; he is yoked. He and Khadijah's sister's family are moving up to WA in the next year or so. We are really looking forward to that, so we can spend a lot more time with them. Malik is a great guy and I am excited for him to be my brother!
Groomsman
I met Marcos in high school when he tried out for the wrestling team, but we didn't talk too much. We got way closer when we worked on the Weinert Farm together for several years. We worked side by side everyday doing everything from painting, pressure washing, brush-clearing, and building fence. They were long days of hard work, but we always had fun together. We would somehow make the most boring task, fun and entertaining. Marcos is a very nice and determined guy.
Groomsman
Tyler and I met in Minot, ND. We both wrestling for MSU and lived in the wrestling house together, so we spend a lot of time together. One of my favorite memories was when we binge-ate 15+ pounds of food at his house for thanksgiving. The next morning, he gave 2 other guys and I chocolate at the beginning of our 5 hour road trip back to Minot. That chocolate was actually ex-lax, and he refused to stop the car until we got Minot. It was awful. Tyler is a jokester and is a lot of fun to hang out with.
Groomsman
Shane is my best friend from college. We first met at J-Rob Intensive Wrestling Camp in high school, but never saw each other again until college at MSU. I remember the first day of school, I saw him from across the classroom, and remembering him immediately. The professor was not speaking so I got up and said, "Shane Sheppard?" He responded, "Ya?" in confusion. I said, "J-Rob? 2012?" He said, "Ya, I was there." I said, "Carlos. Toledano." He responded with, "I have no idea who you are," in front of the class. I sit down awkwardly, regretting saying anything. He was my wrestling partner, and we became really great friends throughout our time in Minot. We still talk all the time, and he comes up from Oregon or I go down and see him often. He is an amazing guy with a very strong work ethic.
