Meet our family and friends who will walk down the aisle and stand by us on our special day!

Jessica Yang-Bingcang

Matron of Honor

Jessica and I met in the summer of 2015 when we were in the same cohort to get our Special Education credentials. I knew God specifically put Jessica in my life because we clicked with each other right away. We coincidentally ended up in pretty much the same classes over two years - and even though she finished earlier than I did, we grew to become even closer through going to a KooKoo Kangaroo concert, Universal Studios, Michael's (Temptation Plaza), Korean BBQ, and scheduling trainings just so that we could see each other. She even contemplated working at my school! I'll never forget how excited my mom was when I told her about Jessica. She became one of my very best friends super quickly and is like a sister to me. I'm so excited to have Jessica stand by my side on my special day!

Kaitlyn Grace B. San Diego

Maid of Honor

When I was six, I prayed to God for a sibling and Kaitlyn was the gift. She has always been there for me and understood me even in my most difficult times. Kaitlyn has been supporting me ever since she was a little girl. I thank God for giving me the role of being an “Ate” because I have learned the importance of responsibility and putting family first. Sometimes I wonder how so much talent and knowledge could be in a person - then I think of Kaitlyn. She constantly strives to be a better person in God’s eyes by being a blessing to others. Her acceptance into UCLA was my dream come true. I know that great things are in store for you. Even though she’s younger, Kaitlyn has the heart for others I wish to have as well. Honestly, I wish to be like you when I grow up! You inspire me, sissy. <3

Kathryn Grace B. San Diego

Bridesmaid

God surprised me with another gift when Kathryn was born. He gave me another sister and best friend. I remember when she was a baby and had such rosy cheeks and would store her food like a chipmunk. When she was about nine months old, I wanted to show how much I loved her so I kept kissing her cheeks. Unfortunately, I had chicken pox at the time so she ended up getting it too! (Sorry, Kat!) What I love about my littlest sister is how strong she is. She had to grow up at a young age and learn to be more independent because of our living situation when we moved out to Riverside. I’ve seen her blossom as a strong woman. She has a firm grasp on her love for God and her opinion on certain issues. When there’s nothing else to do, you can find us watching Golden Girls reruns or eating. <3 u Kat!

Nowelle Angeles Lamento

Bridesmaid

Nowelle is the amazing Kimmy Gibbler of our Tanner family. We originally became friends at Faith Baptist Church in Canoga Park under Pastor Wen Secillano. She was one of my "Little Princesses" at my Debutante Ball over ten years ago. Ever since then, our families have become closer and more involved in each others' lives. (She's been a part of all our major family events!) I have seen Nowelle grow to become an independent God-loving woman. Over her college years, her role as our "Kimmy" grew as she became an active member of our church in Eagle Rock and Riverside. She has been there to help me set up my classroom every year with her decorating skills. From attending Hamilton's opening night, all of the food adventures, and now - living together, Nowelle has truly become part of my family.

Adrienne Rhea Almada

Bridesmaid

Sixteen years ago, I became best friends with Adrienne in the seventh grade. We even had our own little group back in the Westminster days. When we went to different high schools, our friendship grew even more. She was even right by my side when I was planning my Debutante Ball ten years ago. Because Adrienne is a world explorer and follow's God's will for her life in terms of missions, we have this special sisterhood/friendship that even though we have different schedules and don't see each other all the time, when we do have the chance to hang out, we just pick up right where we left off and have so much to share. Adrienne has definitely helped me see God's hand in our lives by emphasizing the importance of truly trusting His plan. Love you AG! <3

Kayla Louven Gallardo

Bridesmaid

Oh dear Kayla, I think we have known each other for almost twenty years now - ever since we were youngsters at Faith Baptist Church in Canoga Park. Where has the time gone? We have seen each other develop our love for God and His ministry. I thank God for using you to help me become a better version of myself over the years. Your kind heart and loving personality encourages me to show the same love to those I meet. You are like a sister to me. Because we’re both the eldest in our families you understand the challenges we face and I think that’s what helped us become even stronger. I’ll never forget our family trip to Mexico and you were in our car when we crossed the border. Also when you spent the night talking with me in Las Vegas during retreat! Oh the memories! Love you, Kayla!

John Philip Nolasco

Best Man

Jonathan Dave here! Philip is my first best friend, my first brother, my first playmate. He has been there for me since he was born. Most of the time, we would get in trouble, but we would always find a way to make it through. The most important reason as to why I chose him to be my best man is because he was there not only in the good times, but also the times that weren't so great. He has been the iron that has helped sharpen me throughout the past 29 years.

Sergio Paolo Nolasco III

Groomsman

Here comes "The Challenger!" Throughout the years, having Paolo as my second brother was quite the challenge. At first I was afraid I wouldn't be able to give the same love and attention to him as I did with Philip. God taught me to increase my love for my brother which encouraged me to become a more responsible older brother. Honestly at times, Paolo seems like the older brother. He has a lot of wisdom. Sometimes, I share things to him and expect to hear things I want to hear. Paolo does the opposite. He tells me like it is and challenges me to become better.

Joezer Jade Nolasco

Groomsman

He is the "chillest" brother. He is so cool. I see my younger self in him - at least how I wished I could have spent my teen years. He loves to explore and has so many opportunities to do so. He has ideas out of the box which makes him such a great leader with a lot of initiative. Whenever I see my youngest brother go on awesome adventures, I sometimes wish that I was able to do those too when I was his age. He sometimes has it easier because he's my baby brother, but that's alright - we love him even more for that. Thanks bro for teaching me to be more responsible as your "Kuya" and encouraging me to be more adventurous.

Mark Daniel Masakayan

Groomsman

Oh PATAPON! That was the first game that he let me play on his PSP back in 2008 when I first met him at Khrystle's house. He was the "older" brother I never had - even though I'm older by like five months. He has helped me grow spiritually as a leader. There were times that I had to make difficult decisions. He was always there to give me advice and pray for me. I call him "Kuya" because he has so much wisdom and knowledge about almost everything. He talks... and talks... and talks... so much that sometimes he doesn't get to finish his food when we eat. He has jokes that are just like mine and we just laugh at them ourselves when no one else gets it. This is why I love him like a brother.

Jharen Gines

Groomsman

Jharen was our first neighbor in the States. I remember how we used to play basketball and video games about 10 years ago. We've grown up a lot since then. Now he's more focused and surprises me with great ideas I never would have thought of. He has a lot of passion to help the youth. He's the glue of our group. If there's any problem, he'd help us fix it. All his hard work for our ministry doesn't go unnoticed. He also likes to play tennis and I'm jealous that he's so good at all other sports. He's a friend that never gives up on friends easily. He has a lot of respect for himself and others. He's laid back, but he always gets the job done. He's a man of few words, but I love that his actions have a lot of impact on me and those around him.

Kevin Greg Bayrante

Groomsman

Kevin is Khrystle's handsome cousin! We were able to bond over basketball and DOTA when they first came over to the United States. Kevin is a very kind and humble gentleman. He is dependable and a very hard worker. He can joke around and have lots of fun. I admire his heart of kindness and respect for all individuals. He loves God and makes an effort to show that love to others. I am blessed to have Kevin as one of my main men!
