Matt and Keziah Ezinne met on Bumble (dating app) in November 2019. Keziah was intrigued by Matt's profile and decided to swipe right. Much to her delight they matched. Per Bumble rules, the ladies have to make the first move so she shot her shot. Swish. Matt, also delighted, moved quickly to make her laugh and secured a first date. They met for their first date at the Walker Art Gallery in Minneapolis on Thursday November 21st 2019. The connection was instantaneous. They walked and talked...and walked and talked. They talked about everything from family to personal goals, religion to politics. Everything you're not supposed to talk about on a first date. Luckily they agreed on all the important stuff. At the end of the date they knew they definitely wanted to see each other again. So much so that Matt went in for a kiss but Keziah Ezinne politely declined by giving him a cheek instead of lips. But he was not discouraged and secured a second date. And a third. And a fourth. You get the picture. Two years later, after many many successful kiss attempts Matt brought Keziah Ezinne back to the walker to pop the question. And she said yes.
