Guests Arrive
Please arrive at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens by 5:30 PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins.

Ceremony Begins
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:45 PM.
Please note: If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will kindly be asked to wait until the wedding party has fully entered before being seated.
6:15 PM
Cocktail Hour
Enjoy cocktails, light bites, and time to mingle while we take a few photos and soak in our first moments as newlyweds.
7:15 PM
Reception Entrance & Celebration
We’ll kick off the reception by introducing the wedding party and newlyweds, followed by dinner, drinks, dancing, and celebrating all night long!
11:00 PM
Farewell
The celebration officially concludes at 11:00 PM, but the memories will last forever.
