If you have any other questions than the ones listed here- just reach out to us!
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We LOVE your kids, we really do. But this will be an adult only ceremony and reception- enjoy the night off! If you need help coordinating child care, please let us know.

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

There should be a “plus one” included on your invitation if we accounted for those numbers. We hope you understand that we have to try to limit numbers due to the pandemic!

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Garden Cocktail Attire. Men, this means suits with jackets (tie, bowtie, bolo tie or no tie optional). Ladies, length of dress is your choice, but look at the weather before you decide! Also- wear wedges/shoes you can walk in grass and uneven ground... we will be parading :)

Question

RSVP? Where, when, how...

Answer

Please RSVP via this website no later than January 10, 2021. All RSVP's are being accounted for by this site, go to "RSVP", enter your first and last name and (if applicable) your plus one's first and last name. Submit and voila!

Question

Are there shuttles from hotels to venue?

Answer

There will be one shuttle from the Courtyard Marriott in Covington, LA to Selah Farms and back to the hotel after the reception that night.

Question

When is Mardi Gras?

Answer

Fat Tuesday is Feb. 16th! That is the LAST day of Mardi Gras (if it happens)... so if you are looking to come into town for some parades or for the festivities, you should plan to come in as early as the weekend before the wedding (Feb.13/14) or even Monday so that you can get in on the action. The bride and groom will not be able to make it to Fat Tuesday unfortunately. *Update: Mardi Gras parades have been cancelled this season

Question

Where do you suggest to stay?

Answer

Now that we have moved the wedding, this is a loaded question. Please reach out to us for details, but look for places in COVINGTON on Saturday night, the night of the wedding. Hotel options can be found in the "Travel" section. If you are looking at Airbnb's for a group or if you are coming to New Orleans early to hang out, areas of New Orleans we would suggest would be: Magazine Street, Uptown, or MidCity. You'll be an easy streetcar ride away and in good areas.

Question

What are you doing about COVID?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will both be outdoors and under socially distanced tents. We encourage you to wear a mask and will be providing them as well. Please reach out to the bride or groom with more specific questions!
