UPDATE: This hotel is now completely booked on Saturday night. If you would still like use our shuttle service, please book a room at the Embassy Suites. It is a 3 min walk from the Courtyard (and less than a 5 minute drive to Hayfields). Our shuttle will stop at both the Courtyard and Embassy Suites.

We do not have a hotel block with this hotel; however, you are welcome to stay here! It's right down the street from the Courtyard (3 minute walk). Like the Courtyard, it is a 4 minute drive to our venue, Hayfields Country Club. We are likely going to get the shuttle to stop at this hotel as well.

We will have a shuttle to drive guests to and from Hayfields Country Club throughout the night. The shuttle will likely only stop at the Courtyard and Embassy Suites (not the Residence Inn). If you do not want to take the shuttle, you're also welcome to drive! There is plenty of parking at Hayfields. All hotel options listed on the site are less than a 5 minute drive to the Hayfields.
