8:00 am - 10:00 am
Join the bride and groom for a morning run along the NCR trail! We'll run a couple of miles together, very easy, before the big event. Feel free to run, walk, ride a bike, or just hangout at the local coffee shop! There is parking at Monkton Station, but if parking runs out, you can park along the street and walk to the station to meet everyone.
4:00 pm - 4:15 pm
We will have one shuttle that will make two trips to Hayfields from the Courtyard and Embassy Suites. The shuttle's first trip will leave the Courtyard at 3:45pm, arriving at the Embassy Suites a couple minutes later. ETA to Hayfields is between 3:50-3:55pm. The shuttle will then return to the Courtyard, arriving around 4:00-4:05pm, and leaving around 4:05pm, again quickly stopping at the Embassy Suites before going to Hayfields. ETA to Hayfields is 4:10-4:15pm. Ceremony begins at 4:30pm Afterwards, the shuttle will make its way to Hayfields Country Club, which is less than a 5 minute drive from both hotels. For those of you who are not taking the shuttle, plenty of parking is available at Hayfields.
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Please wear cocktail attire. Attire for Men: Suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and tie (optional). Attire for Women: Knee-length or midi cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or jumpsuit.
Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Hayfields Country Club. Our wedding celebration begins with the ceremony at 4:30 PM, concluding at 5:00 PM.Cocktail hour will follow from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, leading into an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration. The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM.
