The 1 Hotel West Hollywood

This is the primary hotel and the cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception will all take place here! We hope you will all be able to join us. The discount code for our wedding room block is 9158595 and apply to rooms on the nights of Friday Feb. 22 and Saturday Feb. 23. Click "View" below to access room reservations for our wedding block at discounted rates. If no rooms show as available with the code applied, that means there are no more rooms left in the block. If that is the case, you can still book rooms at the 1 Hotel at their standard rates or book another nearby hotel. Please reach out Pat and/or Kevin if you need suggestions for other convenient hotel options nearby.

Ground Transportation

LA is an Uber friendly city and should be the easiest way to get from any airport to the 1 Hotel. West Hollywood is a very walkable area with tons of restaurants, convenience stores, shops, and more all within walking distance. Feel free to rent a car if you would like the option but it is not needed to have a fun weekend! There is valet parking available at the 1 Hotel if you do choose to drive or rent a car.

COVID Vaccination & Mask Policies

LA City policy requires that all indoor restaurants and bars only allow people who are fully vaccinated to dine/drink indoors. This extends to the venues for our wedding ceremony/reception and welcome drinks. Because this is the case, all guests will need to be fully vaccinated in order to attend. We also recommend receiving a COVID booster shot if it is available to you, but the booster is not required to be able to attend. Make sure to bring your vaccination card or a photo/electronic record of your vaccination card on your phone as you will need to show this with valid ID to enter event venues as well as any bars or dine-in restaurants in LA. Masks are not required when inside any of our event spaces for the cocktail hour, ceremony, reception or welcome events. However, we recommend having a mask on hand as they may be required in some communal indoor spaces throughout the weekend(Eg. hotel lobbies, bar/restaurant waiting areas, etc.)

Attire & Packing Suggestions

Weather in West Hollywood in late April is typically in the mid to upper 70s and sunny. For our Friday and Saturday morning events or just traveling around LA in general, we recommend packing for warm weather: shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, sun dresses, etc. Though you may still want pants or a light jacket for the evening. The 1 Hotel West Hollywood and most of the surrounding hotels have pools and it should be lovely pool weather so we'd suggest packing bathing suits and sunscreen. If you think you might like to participate in the kickball game, we'd suggest packing athletic shorts and sneakers/tennis shoes. For the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception, the attire is formal. We welcome you to wear what ever feels most comfortable to you for formal wear. If you find it helpful to have some suggestions, here are some options: suit jacket, collared shirt with a tie or open collar; dress (knee or mid length); pantsuit; formal blouse with skirt/pants; formal jump suit
