What is the dress code?

Answer

We decided not to have a specific "dress code" but here are some phrases that might be helpful: ~ Dressy Casual ~ Semi-Formal ~ Nice ~ Oberlin Chic ~ Wear what you have or if you want an excuse to shop, that's fine too:) We just want you to feel comfortable and cute.

How do I RSVP?

We have closed the option to RSVP online. Please text Leah at 440 935 2154 with any questions or concerns regarding the RSVP process. Thank you!

Please RSVP by May 1st.

Will you have an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, our hope is to have an unplugged ceremony. We kindly asks all guests to put devices away during the ceremony so that we can all be fully present together (and so that the photographer can get pictures without the glow of screens or interference of phones in her line of view). Thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The reception is taking place at The Hotel at Oberlin so that would be the most convenient! Room block information and other accommodation recommendations can be found under "travel".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning to begin the ceremony at 4:30. Doors will open at 4pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, this should be part of the RSVP but you're welcome to email us at leahandkevingetmarried@gmail.com as well!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the hotel as well as behind the Firelands Association of the Visual Arts (FAVA) Building and behind The Feve.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Hotel at Oberlin is right across the street from the ceremony location (The Apollo Theater), and the reception takes place in the hotel:) No transportation will be necessary.
