Informal Meet & Greet (Optional)

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

If you were wondering what to do between the Ceremony and the Cocktail Hour, it is a great opportunity to meet & greet with old friends and new! Out of town guests can either relax in their rooms or hang out at the hotel bar to grab a drink and chat! There will be shuttles taking guests from the Four Points by Sheraton to the Barn starting at 5:00pm.

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Reception

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The shuttle will bring guests from the hotel to the reception at the Barn at 5:00pm and 5:15pm so everyone will arrive at 5:30pm.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Tented outdoor space.

Reception

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Shuttle from the Reception to the Hotel

10:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel starting at 10:00pm. The shuttle will run in 15 minute increments from 10:00pm- 11:00pm.

After Party at the Hotel Bar (Optional)
