Holiday Inn & Suites Windsor

This is the hotel we have reserved a block about five minutes across the border for our guests. The block will be available for reservations until August 3, 2022 @ 5:00 pm. Individual changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Check in time starts at 3:00 pm, and check out time is 11:00 am. There is free parking at the hotel, and we will have a shuttle from the hotel to the venue for anyone who does not want to drive after the party. There will be one shuttle leaving the hotel at 3:40pm on the day of the wedding. We realize this does not give much time to check in and change, and with other guests arriving as well there may be a bottleneck. Because of this, if you are choosing to travel the morning of the 4th, we recommend doing so in your wedding wear; this way, you will be able to just drop your things in your room and get to the shuttle, or, if time does not permit, you will be able to park in the hotel's parking lot and get on the shuttle, and finish checking in once you are back after the reception.

Shuttle to Ceremony from Hotel

September 4, 2022 3:15 pm - 3:45 pm

One shuttle will depart from the main hotel to the ceremony. Despite the timing here, the shuttle will aim to depart at 3:40 PM. We have a five-minute grace period if someone tells the driver to wait with good cause, but the shuttle will absolutely leave by 3:45, no exceptions. Please RSVP that you would like to use the shuttle, as there are limited spots.

Shuttle from Reception to Hotel at End of Night

September 4, 2022 8:00 pm - 12:00 am

We will have the shuttle running to and from the ceremony back to the main hotel on 2-hour departure/return schedule. This does not require sign-ups and can be used by anyone. Additionally, if for some reason you want to head to the hotel at the first departure at 8pm, you are of course welcome to return later or even hop back on that bus. This shuttle will leave the reception location at 8:00PM, 10:00PM, and 12:00AM (Midnight, after the reception ends.)
