Is there a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

See "Travel and Lodging" for info on our room block at the Hyatt as well as alternative lodging options. If the room block appears full, please let us know.

Will the wedding day event be indoors?

Answer

All events will be outside, and most of the venue is shaded. There is always the chance for a cooler evening, so we recommend checking the weather in Sebastopol and preparing accordingly.

Will transportation be provided to/from the wedding venue?

We will provide shuttles between the Hyatt and the venue on Friday — all are welcome! If you're not planning to leverage our shuttle service, we recommend calling an uber as we do not want our guests to drink and drive.

Yes! There is parking at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

We’ll only be able to accommodate the guests who are formally named when you RSVP on our website.

Yes, little kiddos are invited.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Should you wish to purchase a gift from our registry, we kindly ask guests to mail the gift directly to the address listed. There will be a card box at the wedding!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we recommend arriving ~15 minutes early to make your way to the ceremony site and enjoy a refreshment.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Daytime temperatures will likely be in the high 70s/low 80s. Because our venue is closer to the coast, temperatures can drop in the evenings. You may want to check the weather closer to the event and consider bringing layers!

Our caterer will be able to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know when you RSVP, or feel free to text/email us.

What time will the reception end? Will there be an after party?

Answer

Dancing will begin around 7:30pm and the first shuttle will depart at 9:30pm. The band will wrap up around 10:45pm, and the second shuttle will depart shortly thereafter.
