When do we need to book our hotel?

Are there any covid-19 restrictions?

Answer

We want to provide as safe of an event as possible for our friends and family. We request guests consider completing a covid test prior to attending our event and stay home if you're not feeling well -- although we'll miss celebrating with you!

But what will I wear?

Answer

We'll pass on the birthday suit but definitely encourage semi-formal attire please! We want you to be comfortable but request no jeans. A heads up for any dancers that our dance floor is cement so wear comfortable shoes! Please also note, if the midwestern October weather holds out we'll be having our ceremony outside and our reception location has a great outdoor courtyard where we hope to have cocktail hour and a fire (but the rest of the reception will be indoors).

Can I bring my kids?

Warehouse 109 is smack dab between a brewery and winery. We're keeping that trend going by requesting a 21+ event. (Also, please check your invites if you're not sure!)

What about bringing a date?

Answer

While the more the merrier is typically our jam, Warehouse 109 is on the smaller side and we've made our guest list accordingly. Please only bring a date if it's included in your invitation/RSVP.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Our hotel will offer a shuttle but it only fits 8 and will be running from 2:15-3:15pm and also 10:15-11:15pm. Luckily, our venue is only a short Uber ride away OR there's parking at the location as long as you're driving responsibly! The ceremony and reception will be at the same location (just a walk across a parking lot).

Will there be vegetarian options available for dinner?

Yes, to a vegetarian option! However, if a vegan option is needed, please contact us immediately!
