We've reserved blocks of rooms at a handful of hotels in the region to accommodate your personal needs and preferences. During the summer in Traverse City, hotels require a two-night stay on the weekends due to very high seasonal demand. Hotels in inland cities within 30-40 minutes, such as Cadillac, are less likely to have this policy. Room blocks with group rates will begin to expire by as early as June 7th.

Transportation post-wedding on July 20

To ensure everyone has a safe ride home, we have arranged a Lyft code and taxis post reception. If you drive to the reception, you can leave your car at the vineyard until noon the following day. Lyft Code: KevinAndGina720 Taxis are pre-scheduled to run at 10 pm and 11 pm will be going between Marriott Airport, Bayshore Resort and Hotel Indigo.
