Once you settle in, join us at Rhum Bar in the hotel lobby for some welcome drinks to kick off the weekend! Attendance is optional! We'd love to see you prior to the big day, but if you are not feeling up to it, we totally understand that too :)

Guests will be welcomed into the ceremony beginning at 5:30 pm. Shuttle services from the hotel to the wedding venue will be available at 5:00 & 5:30 pm. The last shuttle will be leaving at 5:30 pm SHARP!
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 pm. Reception to follow, beginning at 7:30 pm and ending at 11:30 pm. Shuttle services will be available to transport guests back to the hotel at any time during the cocktail hour and reception, as well as after the reception has concluded.

For those of you that would like the keep the party going, we will be heading to Tides immediately following the reception! The shuttle service will transport all guests back to the Embassy Suites, and from there, Tides is approximately a 7 minute walk down A1A.
