Travel Note

United States to Wales

There are no direct flights from the USA to Cardiff Airport in Wales, direct flights from the USA land you at London Heathrow. There is a direct train from London Paddington station to Cardiff, Bridgend and Port Talbot train stations (depending on where your accommodation is) Alternatively there are car rentals at Heathrow to drive to Wales. If you are planning a European Holiday around the time of the wedding and traveling back to the USA, we recommend you plan your trip AFTER our wedding, as most European airports fly direct back to the USA.

Transport in Wales

The Venue is located around large towns; Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot, with the Capital of Wales, Cardiff an approx 30 min drive away. Outside of towns, public transport is limited, as we are located in the beautiful rural countryside. To be able to explore and get the full experience of South Wales, a rental car is highly recommended.
