I was born and raised in Colorado. I have a great deal of love for geek culture, including video games, super heroes, sci fi and fantasy. All of these have inspired my unique sense of style and helped me find my place in the world. I met Kevin in late 2016. Over the course of the next year, we found more and more common interests, even as he introduced me to new things like the The Witcher and Drag Race. Since then, Kevin has become my best friend and the person I want to continue to share my life with. Nobody can stop Team VosAnderson!

I was technically born in Indianapolis, but Boulder is what I'd call my hometown. I take pride in being unique, odd, and owning my unique lifestyle I've dubbed "Nerdpunk". You can usually find me talking about pop culture, cracking wise at bad movies, trying to pick up some "Haters Gonna Hate How Awesome I Am" energy, or attempting to come up with the next witty thing to say, and probably failing. I met Andrew in November of 2016 and ever since it's just gotten better. He's become my best friend and the life we've built together is one of my proudest achievements. I'm thrilled I get to officially call him my husband and change my name to VosAnderson.

Brenan is an IT Automator in the Entertainment Industry in Denver Colorado. Brenan and Kevin’s friendship extends back many years including: (1) Glitter Pride night at local bars, (2) a small trivia claim to fame worthy of the Ms. Vanjie, and (3) the infamous inability for a group of six to pick a restaurant on a Saturday night. When Kevin began dating Andrew, Andrew quickly became an extremely important part of our lives. Andrew and I have become very close in recent years. Andrew's the first person you go to when you think your job is going to make you scream. I am incredibly honored to be Andrew’s best man as I view him like a brother to me. Andrew is one of the most authentic and honest people I know with the most infectious laugh. I am honored to have both Andrew and Kevin in my life.

I met Kevin in 2011 on a magical place called the internet. Well, it’s not that magical, but a group of us did come together over shared love of creativity & media. Kevin & I in particular called each other ‘brain twin’ over how we’d synch up so often. He was patient & encouraging with this sheltered art nerd who babbled about post-Impressionism & fanfiction. And over the years, while we weren’t always in constant contact, everytime we talked it was like no time lost. Which is my favorite in a close friendship. And then he met Andrew. Those two have such a supportive, sweet relationship that has been a privilege to witness as their friend. I can always count on Kevin & Andrew for support, conversation, & to be sickeningly sweet to each other, & I wish them every happiness in their journey.

I met Kevin and Andrew though Brenan’s long term friendship with Kevin. Andrew and I have a very close bond from our joint understanding of how much the corporate world in America isn’t functional. Andrew and I have also had significant time to get closer on the sidelines when Brenan and Kevin go on a rant that we both know is never going to end on a realistic timeline. Andrew is one of the kindest people I know. Once at the bar he danced with an individual for an hour straight before saying, “Hey girl I think you need a new drink, I'm unfortunately wearing your old one.” Andrew has brought so much value to my life from his strength and courage. His ability to light up a room and light up the dance floor will forever be in my heart. I am honored to be a part of this special day.

Charlie and Kevin go way back. They met in 2011 while hanging out among a bunch of nerds making videos on the internet. Fast forward past some drama, failed attempts at collaboration, and even a long delayed independent movie they're still thick as thieves. Kevin likes to say that Charlie and him share an "undying bromance" and is one of only a few people he allows to make the dumb gay jokes, because both Kevin and Andrew know that he has their back no matter what the future may hold. We're very lucky he's agreed to help us pull off our most epic project ever, putting on a wedding.

I haven't known Kevin and Andrew long, but they've become a huge part of my life. I met Kevin online and we hit it off quickly, bonding over our shared love for anything nerdy. I met Andrew a little while later and it was a similar story, and we eventually teamed up to drag Kevin into our shared Star Trek obsession. Both of them formed the foundation of a support system I desperately needed at the time, and through a rough year and a move are still there for me. Marching in Denver Pride with Kevin is one of my fondest memories and changed my life for the better. And they are so supportive and sweet with each other and I know their journey will be a good one.

Kevin and I met while we were attending two of the three schools that make up Denver’s Auraria Campus. We bonded almost immediately over our shared love of video games, comics, and sci fi (basically, all things nerd culture.). Sometime in 2011, Kevin asked that I help him out with his webseries, initially as a small role, that slowly grew into a somewhat co-host position, that grew into us flying out to San Francisco to shoot a small film with other creators. We’ve seen each other through so many ups and downs over the last 11 years, and our friendship has persisted. When he told me about Andrew, and when I was finally introduced to him, I knew he found someone who would fully embrace and encourage his absolute geekiness, and I can’t wait to see the life they build together. #ACMD

Garrett Snook, known on youtube and in the comedy music circle by the moniker "Il Neige", is a longtime friend of Kevin's. An accomplished singer, songwriter, guitarist, and all around cool guy, we're very lucky to have him performing at our ceremony. We will be walking down the aisle to a special performance by Garrett of "Runnin' Home to You", a love song from the superhero show The Flash that holds very special meaning to both of us.

I don't remember exactly how I first met Kevin Anderson - my initial immersion into the subculture of internet video weirdos is all kind of a blur now - but the first time I met him in person was 2012, when he had a wild idea: gather a dozen or so of such weirdos together in San Francisco for a week or two to make our own no-budget lore movie. It took a while for that movie to finally come out, but working on it was a blast, especially with Kevin's boundless enthusiasm and spirited "can you believe we're actually doing this?" energy about. It's been my pleasure to be good friends with Kevin ever since, and after he met Andrew, it was my honor to aid in his marriage proposal. Many happy years, Kevin and Andrew, and a hearty mazel tov!

A longtime friend of Kevin, Dave has been with us through some of the best and the worst. Meeting through their love of all things nerdy and internet content in the early 2010s, Dave and Kevin have collaborated on tons of projects over the years, and through that grew incredibly close. Dave even let us propose in his home back in 2019, something we will never forget and feel incredibly honored that he did for us. Hanging with Dave is a must, and never complete without sharing some laughs, jokes, and delightfully absurd ideas over In and Out or in line for a roller coaster. Dave is an incredible friend who we're very lucky is joining us today to honor the love of both family, and friends who are basically family.

Yogi Deva Das

Kevin has never exactly been religious, but he is arguably a bit spiritual as a self proclaimed Atheobuddhist. To that end Yogi is the closet thing Kevin has to a priest in his life. After meeting through their mutual friend Jack Shen, Yogi has become a pillar of support the past few years, especially during the trying Covid pandemic. An incredible friend who always has a smile, a joke, a shoulder, or an engaging conversation (usually peppered with dumb references), Yogi is one of the most incredible people we know. As time got closer we couldn't think of anyone more appropriate to be the officiant for our ceremony, and were honored when he said yes.
