Please submit proof of vaccination & boosters by June 18 using this form: https://forms.gle/9tCHofifrYntQsYK9 You will submit test results (either rapid or PCR) to the same form within 48 hours of July 9 to ensure everyone’s safety. We will be providing rapid tests in welcome bags to those staying at 21c. If you're not staying at the hotel, we ask that you secure your own tests. Guests will not be allowed to attend without submitting proper documentation. All vendors & individuals working at the event have also been asked to submit negative test results.
Option 1: A shuttle will be leaving 21c Museum Hotel at 3:30pm. All guests are welcome to take the shuttle even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Two shuttles (early & late) will return guests back to 21c at the end of the evening. Option 2: Drive your own car & follow signs to the Garden Pavilion once you enter the park. The drive from Louisville to Bernheim is about 30 minutes. DO NOT plan on taking ride services like Uber or Lyft as they will not have access to the park.
We have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available on the menu. No shellfish will be served. Please note any other restrictions when you RSVP.
Maybe, but the tent will have air conditioning! And in the event of rain, we will host the ceremony & reception inside the tent.
Checkin: 4pm Checkout: 11am *if you plan on visiting us at brunch on Sunday, you may leave your luggage with the front desk.
We recommend walking or ride services like Uber and Lyft if you won’t have a car. Everywhere in Louisville is relatively close together. Uber and Lyft will NOT have access to Bernheim.
