Connor Redslob
Best Man
Connor and Rick have been best friends their whole lives. Connor's favorite memory of Rick is from May 2023. He got to spend a whole week hanging out with Rick in Phoenix, AZ (where Connor now lives). In that time, they did much of the same that they've enjoyed over many years of friendship: Getting lost on a hike, playing tabletop games, seeing live performances (of music, this time), and losing their minds playing Mario Kart.

Danny is Jillian's younger brother and first best friend. His favorite memory of Jillian is the day he was born.
Kala Mansfield

Kala is Rick's twin. Her favorite memory of Rick is him being born (second).
Elise Ketz
Bridesmaid
Elise is Jillian's older cousin. They've been hanging out since Jill was a baby, so there are tons of favorite memories, from family vacations in childhood to hanging out and doing crafts together as adults!
Isaac Machock

Isaac and Rick are childhood best friends. Isaac has loved being able to grow up with one of the most sincere and closest friends he's ever had since 2nd grade. He couldn't ask for a more down-to-earth and compassionate friend who only got better when Jill showed up. Getting to see their relationship slowly evolve through being in scouting together, hanging out, and even a few date nights has been nothing short of incredible. Isaac is blessed to have witnessed it and blessed to have two incredible friends for life that he knows he can always talk to. Honorable Mention: Rick dropped a huge log directly on Isaac's foot 3 hours from home, the day before they were supposed to go snowshoeing at camp.

Janel is Jillian's KD sister and best roomie! Choosing a favorite memory is hard (especially having been Jill's roommate for almost 2 years), but one that frequently stands out are all the nights they sat on the floor of our room in the KD house binge watching their latest decompression show and gorging themselves on chicken nuggets and french fries from McD's. Those were the some of the best nights that they had together - laughing over the ridiculous amount of chicken nuggets they were both able to consume.
Jared Deeds

Jared and Rick have known each other since childhood. When they were kids, they were at a mutual friend’s birthday party having a lightsaber fight. Rick threw a green lightsaber at Jared's legs, and it hurt pretty bad. They’ve been friends ever since!
Gabby Berman

Gabby is Jillian's KD sister and her beloved Twittle/Twin Flame. One of the many favorite memories they share would be sitting at a fraternity event and getting sent pictures of their big, Victoria, trying on wedding dresses. They literally cried together in the front yard of a frat house, and Gabby knew they were locked in from that day forward. Who would’ve thought that they’d now be here celebrating you on Jill's big day! Gabby can’t wait to continue watching Jill's journey even when they’re states apart.
Luke Jefferson

Luke is the most recent addition to Rick's close circle. Rick ran a Dungeons and Dragons group he was in for years, and Jill would occasionally pop in to make a comment or assist in antics (Note: The Goose Incident…) - and those little short moments where they were acting together always stuck with him, because even in these quick moments in this silly little roleplaying game, he could see that they brought out the best in each other, made each other happy in even the simplest of interactions. Luke can only imagine the love they will have when joined together forever, and he's honored to be a part of it!
Anna Loftus

Anna is Jillian's KD sister. During some of the darkest days of Anna's life, Sister Head RA VP R&M Fellow DEI Committee Member Jillian Ketz was one of the only ports in the storm. Need a ride home at midnight? She's there. Need a shoulder to cry on in the middle of the school day? She swoops in with a hot cup of tea. Need help passing Statistics? She patiently explains simple concepts to a music major who only knows numbers 1 through 8. It is an honor to stand by her side and bring THE Northeast Energy #iykyk. Honorable Mention for Favorite Memory: finding out that her last name is indeed NOT Bearketz like her Instagram handle leads you to believe.

Logan has been Rick's best friend since college. Her favorite memory with the couple is from the Curse of Strahd campaign that Rick was running. Jill was constantly advocating for the party's demise, and Rick was encouraging it fully. It still makes her giggle!
Isis Davis

Isis and Jillian have been best friends since starting at UC together in 2019. Isis's favorite memory with Jill is their entire freshman year! They became good friends so quickly and had so many small moments of bonding that they both cherish.
Garrett Ambrose

Garrett and Rick met at Kent State. Garrett's favorite memory of Rick was Rick introducing him to Ren Faire! He received a crash course on Ren Faire etiquette, learning names, events, shopkeepers, etc. They all were dressed up to the nines, just like the adventuring group from the DND games that they played in the past and even now in the present and (hopefully) future, as Rick ran Garrett's favorite campaign to date. Garrett can't imagine their party without its dragon-loving rogue!
Mercy Turle

Mercy and Jillian have been inseparable since meeting in pre-school in 2004. The two have created so many amazing memories, but Mercy's favorite is co-starring in The Desk Set in 2018. Mercy met Rick through Drama Club in high school, and they once co-wrote a one-act show together!
Kierra Sunris

Kierra is Jillian's younger cousin. Her favorite memory with Jillian was when they went to a baseball game with their family in 2021! They talked the entire time about life and other things, and it was the first time she ever got to connect with ANYONE whom she felt like she could feel close with!
