It’s one of our favorite places to visit, whether we’re spending the day browsing or simply enjoying the atmosphere. For those who love shopping or even just exploring it offers a beautiful selection of designer and specialty stores, including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, and Tiffany & Co., just to name a few. We especially enjoy window shopping and discovering brands you don’t often come across elsewhere. The mall also features a variety of dining options, perfect for a relaxing break during your visit. One of the highlights is Eataly, an Italian marketplace and restaurant offering authentic, handcrafted foods and a unique dining experience. You’ll also find familiar favorites like The Cheesecake Factory for a casual and delicious meal. Whether you’re looking to shop, dine, or simply explore, it’s a wonderful place to spend an afternoon while you’re in the area.

We highly recommend a visit to Beneduce Vineyards it’s one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy time together. It's 50 minutes from the venue but it is well worth the trip! We absolutely love coming here, and it’s a spot that feels both peaceful and special every time we visit. Nestled in the beautiful New Jersey countryside, the vineyard offers stunning views of rolling hills and rows of grapevines, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a rustic charm that makes it ideal whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or making it a fun group outing during your stay. Guests can enjoy wine tastings featuring handcrafted, small-batch wines, or simply sit outside and take in the scenery. On select days, live music adds a lively and memorable touch to the experience. If you are looking for something unique to do while you’re in town, this is a wonderful place to unwind and explore. We love it here, and we hope you will too!

This close distance makes it ideal whether you’re grabbing a quick bite before getting ready or sitting down with family and friends to start the day together. While we haven’t had the chance to visit yet ourselves, it’s a well-known local spot that offers a classic New Jersey diner experience. With a large menu including all-day breakfast, coffee, and comfort food favorites, it’s a reliable and convenient choice for guests. We absolutely love spending time at Hedden County Park. It’s such a peaceful and beautiful place to unwind and enjoy nature. This multi-use, 420-acre park stretches across Dover, Mine Hill, and Randolph, offering the perfect balance of active fun and quiet moments. It’s one of those places we love because you can do a little bit of everything whether that’s taking a scenic walk, enjoying time outdoors, or simply slowing down and taking it all in together. The lake section, accessible from Ford Street and Reservoir Avenue, features the picturesque Hedden Pond, along with a fishing deck and a lovely picnic shelter perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The Concord Road area offers peaceful hiking along Jackson Brook, additional picnic areas, and a reservable shelter for gatherings. Both areas provide access to open green spaces, athletic fields, winding hiking trails, and convenient facilities, making it a great spot to explore at your own pace before our special day!

If you will be staying for a longer weekend definitely take the drive to visit Lake Hopatcong. We absolutely love spending time at that lake, it’s one of the most beautiful and relaxing places in the area. As New Jersey’s largest lake, it offers a perfect mix of scenic views and fun activities. Whether it’s enjoying the peaceful water, watching the sunset, or simply taking in the atmosphere, it’s a place that always feels special to us. There are so many ways to experience the lake, from boating and kayaking to waterfront dining at local restaurants. It’s a great spot to spend a laid-back afternoon with friends and family or to explore and take in the natural beauty of the area. Whether you’re looking for something active or just a quiet, scenic escape, this is a place we truly love and enjoy and we hope you’ll love it just as much during your time here
