Our wedding will take place on August 1, 2027, and the celebration will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure everyone is seated and ready for the start of the ceremony.

Our celebration will begin with the ceremony at 5:30 PM, which will run until 6:00 PM. Cocktail hour will follow from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, featuring passed hors d’oeuvres and appetizers for guests to enjoy along with drinks. The reception and dinner will continue afterward, with an evening of dining, dancing, and celebration lasting until 11:00 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate the whole night with you!

Our wedding is Black Tie. We kindly ask that guests dress in formal evening attire to match the style of the celebration. We truly appreciate your effort in helping us create a cohesive and special atmosphere for the evening.

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend checking the forecast and dressing comfortably while still keeping in mind our Black Tie dress code. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors at the venue.

Yes, there will be assigned seating for the reception. Each guest will have a designated table and seat arranged ahead of time, please refer to the seating chart so that everything runs smoothly and everyone can simply relax and enjoy the evening without any confusion about where to sit. We’ll also have reserved seating for immediate family in the front during the ceremony, as well as at specially designated tables during the reception. This is just to make sure our closest family members are comfortably placed and can easily share in all the special moments throughout the day. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and can’t wait for you to join us for a fun, well-organized, and memorable celebration!

Transportation is generally not provided, except in special circumstances if needed. However, we have selected certain nearby hotels that offer shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying there. This is meant to help ensure a smooth and easy transition to and from the celebration.

Parking will be handled directly by the venue. The Meadow Wood provides complimentary valet service for all guests, so you can simply pull up and the staff will take care of the rest. All parking is included and fully covered as part of the venue services.

We will be serving a plated (sit-down) dinner, offering a more formal and relaxed dining experience. Guests will remain seated while a multi-course meal is thoughtfully prepared and brought directly to the table by our catering team. Each guest will be able to select their preferred entrée from menu cards at the table, combining the elegance of plated service with the flexibility of personal choice. This allows everyone to enjoy the celebration comfortably while choosing a meal they’ll love. In addition, champagne and wine will be provided with table service during dinner.

Yes! We will have a five hour open bar available for all guests during the reception. Drinks will be flowing throughout the evening, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your favorites, try something new, and celebrate with us with our signature His and Her drinks. Please enjoy responsibly, our only rule is to have fun, make memories, and maybe pace yourself just enough to still make it to the dance floor later in the night!

Yes. Our venue, The Meadow Wood, is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies. If you have specific dietary needs, please note them when you RSVP so arrangements can be made in advance. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their meal. We also want to note that a vegan option will be available and clearly indicated on the menu cards at each table for guests who prefer it.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all.
