Phipps is located in Schenley Park and is truly built for nature lovers. The bride loves going to Phipps to see the beautiful flower arrangements and displays that change every year. Kerry and Tommy have gone on numerous dates here during their frequent visits to Pittsburgh and even considered this spot for their wedding. This is a perfect spot for families, couples, and kids! There is an admission cost to guests upon arrival of around $20.00 a person.

Local to Mt. Lebanon, Bistro 19 is a Lackner family favorite. The restaurant is small but wildly popular. Ensure you have a reservation if you are planning to try the delicious food and cocktails! They are best known for meat and fish entrees. Kerry highly recommends the Bananas Foster for dessert if you have room.

The bride's go-to order is a shrimp tempura sushi roll, spicy tuna roll, and Sapporo beer. If you are feeling especially hungry, the hibachi is amazing. Feel free to try a chicken, steak, or shrimp hibachi cooked with fresh veggies and fried rice. Tommy is a fan of sushi and sake as well as the chicken hibachi.

Il Piz is a neapolitan pizzeria located in Uptown Mt. Lebanon. The pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven and made with entirely fresh ingredients. The Lackner family highly recommends the Margherita Pizza, Penne Rosa, and the Vegetable Tray. They love to sit outside when the weather is nice on the back patio, and head to the wine bar for a few after dinner drinks.

A favorite restaurant of the groom! Tommy loves to come here and get a classic margarita on the rocks and a burrito grande. It is a great spot to relax, watch the Steelers beat the Bears silly, and have a few drinks. Kerry loves the spicy jalapeno margarita while Tommy goes for the classic. The guacamole is made fresh and a must if this is your first time here.

This is a local dive bar in Mt. Lebanon, PA that offers great beer and popcorn. It is frequented by locals and a common place Pittsburghers meet to catch up with high-school friends. The saloon is located directly across from SpringHill Suites hotels and a perfect place to grab a drink if you arrive late on Friday night!

For amusement park lovers, this is a great local park to visit if you are staying for a long weekend in Pittsburgh. The bride recommends riding The Jack Rabbit, The Thunderbolt, and The Phantom's Revenge. She insists on trying the potato patch for some greasy cheese fries and ending the night with a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. Kennywood also offers games and water rides for those who are not a fan of intense rollercoasters.

For those who love sight seeing when they arrive at a new city, the Duquesne Incline is a great stop for you! The incline features a century-old cable car that gives tremendous views of downtown Pittsburgh. The top of the incline is located on Mt. Washington and offers a panoramic view of the city of Pittsburgh and it's famous bridges.
